Neurofeedback for Adults

Although NeurOptimal® is not a treatment for specific conditions, it is a tool that helps alleviate symptoms of many conditions by improving the overall functioning of the central nervous system. This means that anyone can benefit from neurofeedback training!

Appropriate for anyone at any age, NeurOptimal® Neurofeedback has been used to alleviate the symptoms of a variety of challenges. The system works through brain optimization, enabling it to help different brains and purposes. The various complaints you may suffer from can be considered signs that your brain is not functioning as efficiently or optimally as it can. This is what NeurOptimal® seeks to help, whether you’re looking for changes on a physical, emotional, or mental level.

NeurOptimal® has helped many with stress management, improved quality of sleep, and heightened focus. Brain training also helps alleviate symptoms of various conditions such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, ADHD, and more.

It is also an effective tool for peak performance. Artists, athletes and executives have all found increased performance using the NeurOptimal® system.

Five Year Clinical Outcome Study using NeurOptimal®
Outcome Analysis 2013 using NeurOptimal® Neurofeedback ——– A retrospective chart review
NeurOptimal® neurofeedback is designed to interface with the nervous system as a Non-Linear Complex Dynamical System, whereas traditional ‘evidence based’ research tends to measure linearly.  Therefore, it seems reasonable to measure outcomes because that’s what prospective clients and referral sources really want to know. Since NeurOptimal® is training at the source of complaints, the nervous system’s turbulence, rather than treating diagnostic categories, it also seemed reasonable to look at outcomes across diagnostic categories rather than try to compare medically defined groups where fallible diagnostic judgments create more issues.
